About Us

My name is Sanzio Madeira, but my clients call me Sam. I was born in Minas Gerais, Brazil, and came to this country about 20 years ago. A few years after I got here, I married Vivianne Madeira, and we have three wonderful kids. After living more than 15 years in Massachusetts, we decided to come to South Florida because we wanted our kids to grow up around family. My wife and I had many friends in Massachusetts but missed our family.

My oldest son just started his senior year at TOCOI HS, my middle daughter is a freshman at TOCOI HS, and our youngest started her last year at Mill Creek Academy Middle School. Back in Brazil, I worked as a bartender at my dad’s restaurant until he closed the restaurant, and then I started my sales career as a school book salesperson. When I got here, I had to do whatever job I could, and one of my first jobs in the USA was working for an asphalt and driveway company in Massachusetts.

Unfortunately, in 2007 I got an injury. That is when I came back to the sales field. I worked for international real estate, where I would sell properties in Brazil for people that were living here. In 2011 I started to work as a regional sales manager leading a sales team of 12. In 2019 I opened my own paver installation company but still contracted for other companies. In October 2020, I started working for myself, and in January 2022 is when my company launched with the connections I had with pool companies and many referrals from previous jobs.

I am happy to say we now have three teams working with us, and we work from Fernandina to Palm Coast, including Middleburg, Orange Park and Fleming Island. I love what I do, and I deliver my job with excellence to the homeowner. When I see their face after the job is done, it is priceless, and I believe that is what makes my company a better company. We do our job with passion. After living six years in S Florida, my wife Vivianne, a real estate and loan officer, came here to show a property to a very good friend of mine who was looking to relocate to Florida. We heard that this place was growing and had the best schools in Florida. That is when we decided to move here. In my free time, I love watching Brazilian Futebol (soccer) and I love American football ( I root for the Patriots) and I love riding my motorcycle. I have a collection of knives made by hand, which is my passion. As a good Brazilian, I love having friends over and having Brazilian barbecue. My family and I love going to the beach as well. Work is busy, so I love to grab these moments when I can! I had many inspirations to start my business.

First was necessity during the pandemic. Second, I decided that it was time to move forward and give myself a chance to show others what I can do. I believe what is unique about my company is that we care about our clients, we are a small family-operated company and we always wanted to deliver excellence to your door. When you hire my company, you are giving me the opportunity to bless your family and be blessed by yours. I take the most pride in the confidence the clients put in my company, and I love to see their faces when we deliver the job.

I take the work I do very seriously and feel I have a big responsibility to exceed the expectations of my clients. When I leave the house in the morning, I know that I am not going to work. Instead, I am going to do what I do best and enjoy doing it, which is helping people have a better place to be called home. I also attribute my success to God, as he is the reason that my business is where it is in such a short period of time.
